Under Ms Azrina guidance for this subject, i am now able to identify, explain and distinguish the terminology that is related to estimating, measurement and unit rates at different stages of the construction. I am now also able to analyze the factors influencing the cost of the construction components, elements and project including pricing and preparation of tender on a measured work section of Bills of Quantities in a team. Also, I can identify the goodness and errors of a tender result.
