Measurement 3 QSB 2115

The subject has cover the measurement of Windows, doors, roof trusses and structural steel works.
Throughout the course, lecturer has given us very understanding lecturer, and he's willing to help us solve my problems when I'm confuse with a few item that he taught in the class.
The course also provides me  on the principle of specification writing  for each items.
The assignment that the lecturer given to us help me a lot, I knew how to measure a door and the items that I should measure when things come to calculation of doors.
All in all, the lecturer also love to help me when I have problems based on the measurement of each items.

Management Science QSB 2414

Management Science provides theories, concept and principles of management of a company or organization. The subject allows me to be more ethical.
I'm alert of my time management after this subject and alert of my behavior when I'm dealing with people.
Also, communication is a very important role in management field, with the lack of communication, the organization will fail to reach their goals and aims.
With the assignment given by the lecturer, we manage to pay a visit to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur, it is a very pretty hotel with beautiful interior design, well organization structure, the workers inside the hotel is also friendly enough to help us with the questions we have regarding the assignment.

Building Services 2 QSB 2714

Building services 2, a subject that study everything inside the building that make occupants in the building safe and comfortable. Throughout the course, I have better understand of air conditioner system, fire system, transportation system and electric system of a building.

Assignment allow me and my groupmates visit to the building that has all of the system that I've mentioned earlier and have more understanding of how does all of the system work inside a building and the theory that taught by the lecturer in class helps me justify the system in the building and I can propose a better systems to the owner  of the building.

Construction Technology 3 QSB 2514

A construction site that me and my group mate when at Cyberjaya. 

Construction Technology 3, a subject that allows me have more understanding of the stages of dewatering in basement excavation, industrialized building system, curtain wall for multi stores building, tension membrane roof and steel root trusses.  Theories that lecture delivered in the class help a lot when we go for site visit.
The topic that me and my groupmates chose for the assignment report is Industrialized Building System. This assignment allows me go for a visit to a site in Cyberjaya when they're installing the hollow core slab. The site visit allows me to have more understanding of machinery that they are using on site, importance of communication in between workers and managers.
